Since 2001, ADID Care has proudly been supporting Individuals on the New Mexico Developmental Disability Waiver Program (DD Waiver). Licensed with the State of New Mexico as a DD Waiver Provider Agency, ADID Care serves adults through out New Mexico live a fulfilling, person centered, life.
Mi Via, which means “My Way” gives participants with disabilities the option to manage their own services and supports. Mi Via offers greater flexibility and more choices within an approved plan and budget, and puts the responsibility for managing those services in the hands of the participant. Participants decide what services they need and how to spend their Mi Via budget.

Meet the team!
Emad is the Executive Director of ADID Care. An alumni of the University of New Mexico, he earned his bachelors in biology and chemistry.
As Executive Director, Emad paved the way to Electronic Health Records (EHR), allowing ADID Care to transition completely to electronic documentation. This has further allowed a greater level of transparency for Individuals’ Guardians and greater level of care.
Melissa EscarcidaAssistant Director
Melissa has been with ADID Care for over 8 years. As Assistant Director, she strives to ensure quality of services to all individuals. She is the Chair of the Human Rights Committee as well as Incident Management Coordinator. For fun she enjoys spending time with her kids, family, and friends.
Nathan CarpioQuality Assurance Manager
Nathan has been a member of the ADID Care team for over 10 years. He started as Direct Care Staff. He is an advocate for individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities. He likes to spend time on his ranch tending to his cows and his fields.
Ana HillADID Care Nurse, RN
With 19 years experience as a Nurse, and over 10 years of working with children with special needs, Ana loves to care and connect with others. Ana is fluent in both Spanish and English and is always willing to take a new challenge. She is an avid bike rider and enjoys being outdoors.
Lora FuentesMedical Assistant
As the Medical Assistant for ADID Care, Lora brings compassion and care to the individuals we serve. For fun, she spends her time with her kids and cheering for her son in football.
Rita ArellanoFamily Living Service Coordinator
Rita has over six years working with the individuals we serve. Coming from a small town, Silver City, Rita values family and friends. For fun she enjoys spending time with her children and the great outdoors.
Jennifer KeryteOffice Manager
Originally from Massachusetts, Jennifer grew up here in Albuquerque. Jennifer received her Bachelors in Journalism with a minor in American Literature from the University of New Mexico. Jennifer is a licensed therapeutic Yoga instructor and enjoys teaching Individuals we serve the practice of mindful meditative Yoga.
